Email address
Submissions are only accepted from approved company email addresses. If yours is rejected,
use your work email or contact Stephen Avenue Marketing to have the address approved.
Gas Day range
Set Gas Day Start and Gas Day End to cover the period you are submitting for
— typically a full month, submitted about 15 days ahead.
The values you enter are applied to every gas day in the range, and one record is
created per site per day. A 12-site submission covering 30 days creates 360 records.
The confirmation window tells you the exact count before anything is sent.
Nomination Day is always today’s date and cannot be changed. It does not affect
the gas day range.
The 9:00 a.m. deadline only applies when the first gas day is tomorrow. Submitting
further ahead — as you would for a month of gas days — is always recorded as
On Time, whatever the clock says.
Maximum range: 62 days per submission.
Deadline
If the first gas day is tomorrow, submit before 9:00 a.m. Mountain Time.
Later than that and it is recorded as a Late Submission —
it still saves, but it is flagged. Submissions with more lead time are never late.
Normal submission — required fields
- Nomination Day and Gas Day (Gas Day fills in automatically, one day ahead)
- Your name and a company email address (approved domains only)
- Expected Pipe Injection for at least one site
You do not have to report every site. Fill in only the sites you have data for —
sites left completely blank are simply not submitted, and no records are created for them.
You can submit the remaining sites later as separate normal submissions for the same Gas Day.
If a site has any other value entered but no Expected Pipe Injection, the submission is blocked:
either add its Expected Pipe Injection or clear that site’s other values.
All other columns are optional. Any value you do enter must be a valid non-negative number.
A normal submission is blocked if a submission already exists for that site on that
Nomination Day and Gas Day. To correct one, use an amendment instead.
Updating an earlier submission
Tick “This record updates an earlier submission”, set the Gas Day range you
want to change, then press Load Data. The form fills in with the values currently stored
for that range, so you can see exactly what is there before changing anything.
Enter your name and company email first — stored data is only released to
approved email addresses.
You must press Load Data before an update can be submitted, so you always see what is
stored before changing it. Changing the date range clears the loaded data — load again.
Every gas day in the range must have stored records. If your range extends past the days that
were actually submitted — say records exist for the 1st to the 5th but you ask for the whole
month — the load is refused and you are told which dates are available and which are missing.
Shorten the range and load again.
Sites you leave blank are not touched: no records are created or changed for them.
An update can only change records that already exist. If a site came back empty when you
pressed Load Data, it has no stored record for that range — entering values for it will be
rejected. Submit that site as a new (non-update) submission instead.
Loading always replaces what is in the site tables and operational notes, so values from
a previous range never carry over. Your name, email and dates are left alone.
Load Data only works if every field holds the same value on every day in the range.
If something differs — say methane content changed partway through the month —
you will get a report showing which site, which field, which values, and which dates.
Narrow the range to a period where the values are consistent, then load again.
Update — required fields
- Nomination Day and the Gas Day range you are correcting
- Your name and email address
- The reason for the amendment
- At least one change — a site value or an operational note
You only need to fill in what changed. Leave every other field blank —
blanks mean "leave as-is" and will not overwrite existing data.
An amendment can only be submitted if an original submission already exists,
and only records whose values actually changed are updated. If nothing has changed,
the submission is rejected and no email is sent.
Operational notes
Feedstock, Biogas Production, and RNG Manufacturing notes apply to the whole submission.
Updating a note on an amendment marks every site record as amended.
Leaving them blank keeps whatever notes were submitted before.
Confirming your submission
When you press Submit, a confirmation window appears first. Nothing is sent until you confirm it.
It lists:
- Every site you are submitting data for, with the values entered
- Your operational notes
- A warning listing every site with no data entered
Check that list carefully — on a normal submission those sites get no records at all.
Press Cancel to go back to the form with everything you typed still there,
or Confirm & Submit to send it.
What happens after you submit
- One record per site per gas day is saved to the nomination database
- A confirmation email is sent to the address you entered on this form
- A copy is sent to the Stephen Avenue Marketing team
- A dated file of the submission is archived
The email contains the full submission: totals, every site value, operational notes,
and the submission time in Mountain Time. If you do not receive it, check your junk folder
before resubmitting — resubmitting without ticking amendment will be rejected as a duplicate.
Nominations
Submitting this form does not complete the pipeline nomination.
Every record is saved as Pending until someone completes the
nomination manually.
